Brief information about the organization: Scientific-Educational and Industrial Complex "Jalal-Abad State University named after B.Osmonov", founded in 1993, is the largest educational institution in the region. The university hosts over 12,000 students, with 31.5% being international students. It offers programs in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English (at the medical faculty). The university actively collaborates with more than 100 universities worldwide and participates in academic mobility programs, including Erasmus+, Mevlana, and DAAD. In 2022, a Business Incubator was launched to support student startups. In 2024, JASU was granted a special status by the government, recognizing its outstanding contributions to education and innovation and also was honored with the prestigious Dank Order.

The University of Cádiz (UCA) is a modern, comprehensive institution with a vibrant academic community. It boasts over 22,000 students (including graduate, master's, and doctoral candidates), supported by 1,700 professors, 800 non-academic staff, and approximately 1,800 scientists across more than 130 research groups.
UCA's academic offerings are distributed across 15 faculties on its university campus, covering all branches of knowledge: Arts and Humanities, Business, Sciences, Engineering, Health Sciences, and Social and Legal Sciences. Urgench State University (UrSU), named after the great scholar Abu Rayhan Biruni, is a leading institution of higher education in Uzbekistan. It was founded in February 1992 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is located in the city of Urgench, in the western part of the country.
UrSU offers a wide range of academic programs across 9 faculties, including Physics and Mathematics, Foreign Philology, Philology and Art, Natural and Agricultural Sciences, Technics, Sports Pedagogy and Psychology, Chemical Technologies, and Socio-Economic Sciences. The university also operates 4 professional colleges, an academic lyceum, a secondary school, a Technopark, an IT center, and a center for advanced studies.

The history of Osh State University began in 1939 with the opening of the Osh Teachers' Institute. In 1951 it became a pedagogical institute, and in 1992 it became a university. Currently, Osh State University has 8 institutes, 4 faculties, 1 Higher School, 1 center for postgraduate continuous medical education, 6 colleges of secondary vocational education, 4 schools-gymnasiums, more than 30 educational and methodological, cultural and aesthetic, resource centers, laboratories, 10 student dormitories, 2 medical clinics, 1 primary education center, 1 kindergarten, 18 sports complexes, 1 startup center, 2 boarding houses.
